Payment Terms

All prices exclude flights, accommodation, travel insurance and entry visas.

For Spiritual tours only

A 25% deposit is required upon booking, by bank transfer or via Western Union transfer to secure reservation.

The balance should be paid in full 30 days before arrival in Luxor.

For Felucca tours and Sightseeing tours only

A 50% deposit is required upon booking, by bank transfer or via Western Union transfer to secure reservation

The balance is due for payment on arrival in Luxor in cash.

Cancellation Policy

For Spiritual tours only

Cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to arrival in Luxor, the deposit will be refunded.

Between 8 weeks and 30 days before arrival, the full deposit will be retained by Spirit of the Nile.

30 days to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the full amount will be refunded 15 days to 7 days before arrival, 25% of the full amount will be refunded 7 days before arrival, 100% of the full amount will be retained by Spirit of the Nile

We reserve the right to, if necessary, cancel or postpone any course or workshop due to illness, bad weather or lack of numbers due to other cancellations. You will, of course, receive a full refund of your course fee.

Spirit of the Nile reserve the right to change itineraries as necessary, if due to circumstances beyond their control.

Spirit of the Nile cannot be responsible for any claim, loss, damage, cost or expenses arising out of injury, accident or death; damage or loss or delay of baggage or other property; delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, loss of pay, upset, disappointments, distress or frustration (whether physical or mental) resulting from :

• the acts of omission of any firm other than Spirit of the Nile or its employees
• mechanical breakdowns, governmental actions, war, weather, acts of god or other factors and courses beyond our control
• acts of vandalism, burglaries, accidents, injuriessults or any physical harm to your property and/or person
